We will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays, lost shipments, or damage that occurs during shipping once the product has been delivered to the carrier.

International shipping may be subject to customs inspections and delays, which are beyond our control.

9. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Some items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items that have been opened.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Kroměříž for the resolution of any disputes.
